Wolf River

Varna Sister City?

I have seen a few websites claim that Varna, Bulgaria is a sister city of Memphis, but they all appear to be unreliable to add as a source. Can somebody clarify this for me / find a good source? King airaglub (talk) 20:26, 4 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
